Heavy steel 3/8 rod is hand-welded and coated in black plastic with three legs. Ornate, but strong and practical. Price reflex that. One of them see pics-remember I zoomed in a lot so you can.

I have patched up the legs since pictures were taken. This stand displays any potted plant up to 12at base. Doubles as a handy chair side table on patio or deck.
